Operator, eligibility and agreement
PURE is operated by LazyZz, an individual based in Greece, and is available at pureterminal.org. Support and legal notices: pureaiterm@gmail.com. A postal address for formal notices is provided on request by email. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Creating an account or purchasing a pack signifies agreement to these terms, subject to mandatory law.
Research, not trading
PURE provides Solana market data, evidence checks and AI-assisted research. It is not an exchange, broker, custodian or financial adviser. It does not hold funds, request private keys or execute trades. All trading decisions and transactions occur independently on external platforms under their own terms.
Risk and evidence limits
Memecoins can lose all value. Scores, Alpha Calls, checklists and wallet records are observations, not guarantees of safety or returns. Provider information can be stale, incomplete or unavailable. Past results and price peaks do not guarantee future performance or an executable exit. Missing outcome measurements remain unresolved. AI may make mistakes; verify material information independently.
Accounts and acceptable use
Protect your account credentials and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. Do not exploit the service, submit malicious reports, misuse other people’s data, bypass access limits or resell restricted access without permission. Access may be restricted for abuse or security reasons, proportionately and subject to applicable law.
Packs and payment verification
The Pro page and checkout display current prices, durations, allowances and signal delays before payment. Paid coverage does not automatically renew. Transfers must match the exact unique amount, currency and payment window shown, then pass on-chain verification. Check all details before sending. A wrong amount, network or expired checkout can delay or prevent automatic activation; contact support before paying again. Network charges may apply.
Refunds and mandatory consumer rights
Purchased packs are ordinarily non-refundable: PURE does not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind after purchase. Blockchain transfers are irreversible at the network level. This does not make statutory claims impossible or remove mandatory Greek/EU consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal right or remedies for non-supply or a non-conforming service. Immediate access does not by itself waive a withdrawal right; any waiver requires the conditions and explicit consent required by law. These terms do not restrict a lawful dispute, refund or other remedy. Contact support for payment issues.
Availability, AI and alerts
Availability and alert delivery are best effort and depend on market providers, account access and Telegram. Do not use PURE as your only risk control. AI support cannot carry out account actions or promise a refund. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service; mandatory remedies remain available where applicable.
Advertisements and token plans
Labeled advertisements and referral links may benefit PURE and are separate from research recommendations. Gambling advertisements are adults-only and involve loss risk. Proposed $PURE benefits are not contractual promises unless expressly offered as an available service at purchase. External destinations are your independent choice.
Liability and governing law
You remain responsible for independent investment decisions and external trades. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Greek law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence where applicable; this does not prevent consumers from using a competent court or statutory dispute process.
Privacy, changes and support
Our Privacy notice describes data handling. Material changes are reflected in updated terms and do not retroactively remove purchased or statutory rights. For account, payment or legal questions contact pureaiterm@gmail.com.
