Operator and contact
PURE is operated by LazyZz, an individual based in Greece, who is the data controller for this service. For privacy requests, contact pureaiterm@gmail.com. A postal address is provided on request by email.
Account and research data
We process your email, sign-in information, display name and optional avatar to provide account access. Your watchlists, alert rules, preferences and research conversations are saved against your account. Essential browser storage supports sessions and account-scoped settings. Google sign-in supplies the account information you authorize; your Google password is not shared with PURE.
Payments and public blockchain data
Subscription records include plan, public payer address, transaction signature, amount and coverage dates. Public wallet lookups and token research use publicly available blockchain information. We never request private keys, custody funds or execute trades. Public blockchain transactions cannot be deleted by us.
AI, Telegram and reports
AI providers process the prompts and context you submit. AI support topics disappear from the app after reload; provider processing and operational logs may still exist. Optional Telegram linking stores your chat destination for saved alerts; unlink it in Settings. Bug reports include your written description, page path, structural pin and screen dimensions, not automatic screenshots or form contents. Reports are visible only to you and the owner. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information.
Online indicator and partner links
The online indicator counts live connected browser sessions, not verified individuals. A temporary random connection key and online status are exchanged through the live presence service; emails, profile names, wallet addresses and page history are not included. Multiple tabs can count separately, and failed connections show an unavailable value. Partner click records contain partner, placement and time. External advertisements and trading sites operate under their own privacy terms.
Purposes and legal bases
Account access, saved tools and subscription delivery are processed to perform the service contract. Security, abuse prevention, support and payment reconciliation rely on legitimate interests where applicable. Records required by law are processed for legal obligations. Optional integrations are initiated by you; where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing.
Providers, transfers and protection
Lovable Cloud provides hosting and account services; AI services process prompts; Telegram handles connected messaging; market providers receive token and public wallet lookups. Access to private account records is restricted. Providers may process information outside the EEA. Where required, an appropriate transfer safeguard must apply, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact support for details of the providers and safeguards applicable to your data; no unverified certification is claimed.
Retention and your rights
Account data is kept while needed to provide your account; you may request deletion. Support, bug, operational and payment records are kept only as necessary for their stated purposes, dispute handling or legal obligations. Retention periods: account profile and saved research until you delete your account, then removed within 30 days; support and bug reports up to 12 months; payment records up to 5 years for tax and dispute purposes; operational logs up to 30 days. Under applicable GDPR rules you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to relevant processing, and withdraw consent where applicable. We may verify your identity before responding. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr or your local supervisory authority.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in an updated notice. Contact support with questions before submitting information you do not want processed.
